Topdry Blanket
Topdry Blanket is a type of container desiccant with larger absorbing surface and stronger absortion capacity compare to Topdry Hanging.
It is very easy to install on the top of pallets before those are loaded into the container or on the top of the bags or sacks with adhesive pads to keep it securely in place while loading your products.
Topdry Blanket is especially suitable when the cargo is tightly packed close to the container ceiling and walls. Topdry Blanket is also the better option for wet goods or ultimate long voyage as for it contains more absorbing agent. Topdry Blanket only needs a 30 mm space between the cargo and the container ceiling. Topdry blanket is also suitable for reefer containers and trailers that do not have lashing rings for hanging desiccants.
However, if you don't have a flat horizontal surface on the top of cargo for the desiccants and there was a space more than 30 mm between the cargo and the container wall, then a vertical desiccant solution is the way to go, because Topdry Hanging can be hung on the container lashing rings easily.
● Topdry desiccants can absorb moisture efficiently from the surrounding air through unique waterproof and breathable membrane over a wide-range humidity-temperature.
● Absorbed moisture transformed into a gel by the starch that will not leak. It can attract over 3 times its own weight in water with long-lasting performance when it's fully maximized.
● Absorbing agent is calcium chloride and edible starch.
