Topdry offers two types of in-box moisture absorbers, each engineered to absorb moisture a smaller closed space for any moisture damage prevention need.
Topdry in-box desiccants are a very versatile products as they can protect your products from mould, rust, deformation, stains, mildew, softening inside a smaller closed packaging like a poly bag, a box, a carton, a crate or a pallet. They are also sustainable alternative that can replace Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) to prevent corrosion on metal parts.
Topdry In-box desiccants are suitable for a wide range of cargoes including packaging garments and shoes, optical instruments, automotive parts, digital products, electronic components, furniture, artware, etc..
In-box desiccants are engineered for use in inside packaging, since the moisture mainly comes from the goods.

An amazing moistre absorber made from calcium chloride and starch
- Topdry In-box desiccants will absorb the moisture as soon as it's removed from its transparent sealed PE-bag.
- All our Topdry Sachets and Windows are made with a mix that contains calcium chloride and edible starch. It is well-known that calcium chloride is highly effective, and one of the most hygroscopic materials, when it comes to absorbing moisture from the air. The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the air passing in through waterproof and breathable membrane. The absorbed moisture turns into a gel by the starch, thereby prevents leakage.
